2026: Annual General Meeting & Conference – Paris, France
L’Unité Pour l’Ostéopathie (UPO) will jointly host the 2026 OIA AGM & Conference on November 5-7, 2026 at the Maison de la Chimie (28 Rue Saint-Dominique, 75007 Paris, France). The Conference will also feature a student poster competition, and the draft agenda is available here. Concurrent sessions will provide options for registrants to attend sessions in either English or French, and participants will be able to download an app on-site free of charge to listen to any session in their desired language in real time. PARTICIPANTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN HEADPHONES/EARBUDS, and you may wish to bring a phone charger, adaptor and/or powerbank as frequent use of the app may drain a phone’s battery faster than usual.
Registration: conference registration is now available here. To participate in the OIA Annual General Meeting from 1:30-5 PM on Thursday, November 5th, please register for the conference and select the free “OIA General Assembly” add-on on the second page.* Conference attendees are also eligible to attend the free wine and cheese tasting following the AGM on Thursday, by selecting that ticket option on the second page.

Gala Dinner Cruise: join us for a magical gala evening aboard a private boat on the river Seine for an evening of dining, music, sightseeing and camaraderie on Friday, November 6th from approx. 7-10 PM. Open to speakers, conference attendees, and guests alike, this highlight of the event will give everyone the chance to come together for a festive evening in a unique setting, cruising along the river with a view of Paris’s most beautiful landmarks. The cost is 170 €/person and tickets may be purchased on the registration site. The dress code is smart/formal: a suit, dress or equivalent formal attire. The dining room is enclosed; however, guests will have the option to go outside so layers are advisable. Evening weather averages around 45°F (7°C) to 57°F (14°C) in early November and rain is possible.
Cancellations/Refunds: After October 7th, no refunds will be given; however, tickets may be transferred to another individual free of charge.
Lodging: the group block at the Hotel Mercure is now closed; however, other lodging options can be found on websites such as booking.com, hotels.com and Airbnb.
