Strengthening Osteopathy Leadership and Research (SOLAR) Programme

 

Fifteen international researchers from the field of osteopathy were competitively appointed as Fellows to the Strengthening Osteopathy Leadership and Research (SOLAR) programme designed and hosted by the Australian Research Consortium for Complementary and Integrative Medicine (ARCCIM) at the School of Public Health, University of Technology, Sydney (UTS). SOLAR is a three-year programme, directed and facilitated by Distinguished Professor Jon Adams and Associate Professor Amie Steel, designed to further grow the research capacity and expand the research culture of the osteopathy profession globally.

The first SOLAR Fellow cohort consists of representatives from Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Italy, New Zealand, Sweden and the United Kingdom who attended their first SOLAR residential in Sydney in September 2022 and gathered in Toulouse, France in September 2023.
