The 2025 OIA AGM & Conference will be held on November 6-8, 2025 at the Courtyard Marriott Toronto Downtown (475 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M4Y 1X7, Canada). Please click here for the draft agenda and speaker information (note: all information is subject to change).

The conference has sold out. If you plan to attend the OIA Annual General Meeting on Thursday, November 6th, you must have previously registered for the 2-day (full) conference option and indicated your intent to join the OIA AGM at that time. The room is now at capacity and unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional attendees.

The OIA AGM schedule on Thursday, November 6th is as follows:

1-2 PM ET AGM Badge Pick-up
2-3 PM ET Members’ Open Forum
3-5 PM ET AGM and Board Elections
